Welcome to SmartStep Automation. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The content, layout, design, data, databases and graphics on this website are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission by us.
We follow a hybrid commerce model. For products purchased via our website, a non-refundable booking advance of ₹499 is collected per item to secure your installation slot. The remaining balance (product price minus booking advance) is payable via Cash on Delivery (COD) or digital payment only after successful installation and verification by our certified technician.
All product prices include standard professional installation within Bengaluru. Any additional wiring, civil work, or custom fabrication required will be charged extra after prior intimation. We aim for same-day installation for orders confirmed before 12:00 PM.
SmartStep Automation provides home automation installation and integration services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.
In no event shall SmartStep Automation, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
