Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Since we provide specialized automation hardware and installation services, we have a clear policy regarding returns and replacements.
1. Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee for all hardware products. If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery/installation.
- The product must be in its original condition (unless defect is internal).
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Installation Services: Service charges and installation labor costs are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
- Customized Solutions: Products that have been specifically customized or programmed for your home are non-refundable.
3. Warranty
Most of our products come with a 2-Year Comprehensive On-Site Warranty. during this period, if any part of the system fails due to a technical glitch, our engineers will visit your site to repair or replace the component free of charge.
4. Cancellation and Refund
Orders can be cancelled anytime before the installation engineer arrives at your site. For cancellations after the Booking Advance (₹499) has been paid:
- If cancelled before the product is dispatched: 100% refund of the advance.
- If cancelled after dispatch but before installation: Refund after deducting a nominal logistics fee.
